Welcome to  , a brand new group for Stephen King fans, or fans of at least some of his work! Absolutely anyone is allowed to join or watch, regardless of the kind of artwork that dominates their gallery or favorites. There are absolutely zero requirements: we simply ask that if you are submitting artwork or literature to the group, that you follow these guidelines: [ FEATURES SUBMISSIONS ! ] All deviations will be submitted to the Features folder regardless of content or medium. We accept original concept art based off of novels/stories. Original characters based off of novel/story concepts are also allowed. Fan-fiction is allowed. If it's going to be more than PG-13, please state so clearly either in the title or comment section, and make sure you put an advisory warning when submitting your deviation to deviantArt. Their rules, not mine, sorry! Please no visible nudity, hxc anything, etc. it can hardly be done in taste in art form. However, literature is an entirely different realm and can be done well. I will accept or decline literature including the aforementioned stigma subjectively. When submitting photography, please only submit photos that were shot with the specific purpose of relating or harking back to an original work of The King. When submitting photomanipulations and collages, the same rules as above apply. Sorry to say, but as with literature I will also accept these subjectively; while a lot of us here are not artistic geniuses, we don't want cheesy, cliche, I-put-this-on-myspace-in-2004 photo-manips. We are striving for quality over quantity! Sorry but screenshots will NOT be accepted. This is a place for artists, if it isn't your original work it doesn't belong here! If you don't feel like joining, but still have at least one piece you could contribute to our group, please send us a note with a link and request for it to be added and we'll submit it here ourselves.  [ FAVORITES SUBMISSIONS ! ]Each week or so (how ever often you guys suggest favorites and if I remember to do so myself,) I will feature one outstanding work of art related to, or makes us think of Stephen King's work. As the group is still relatively small, I'll be making the calls of what gets featured and what doesn't. If you're really adamant about a certain piece of work by someone here on deviantArt, please add in a little blurb about why you think they should be chosen. Think about this as a sort of Weekly-DailyDeviation! If you have any questions or concerns, do not be afraid to ask! You can ether send me a note or write on my own wall.
